In the follow-up to his highly-acclaimed documentary "The Race Course", award-winning reporter Mike Thomson is granted exclusive access to a groundbreaking initiative to tackle homophobia within the police service.



While some gay officers remain in the closet because of fears about how their colleagues will react, the City of London Police has started a course to confront what some have termed "institutional homophobia".


But is it an exercise in politically correct box-ticking or can the police learn to value those who are "out in force"?
